Ordering & Customization
Yes! We offer customization on select sofa sets, dining tables, and beds (such as fabric choices, wood finishes, or dimensions). Please contact our design team via our contact page or WhatsApp to discuss your specific requirements.
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. After 24 hours, production or shipping logistics begin, and cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items ordered. We also offer free delivery promotions on specific order values from time to time.
Ready-made items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Custom/Made-to-order items: Typically take 3–4 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Yes. For major cities, we offer an optional white-glove delivery and assembly service for a small flat fee. You can select this option at checkout. If you choose to self-assemble, all necessary hardware and an easy-to-follow instruction manual are included.
Payments & Security
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and flexible installment plans (where applicable). For select locations, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders under a specific threshold.
