At HK Furnishers, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for standard, non-customized items.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, please ensure that:
The item is unused, un-assembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
The furniture is in its original packaging.
You have the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Customized furniture orders (tailored sizes, specific fabrics, or custom finishes) and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your furniture is thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Take clear photos or a short video of the damage.
Email our support team at support@hkfurnishers.com with your order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or prioritize a repair at no additional cost to you.
The Refund Process
Inspection: Once your returned item arrives back at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Approval: We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Payout: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Return Shipping Fees
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, HK Furnishers will cover all return shipping and pickup costs.
